*Wi-Fi is dedicated to the connection between the smart home box and the internet box. It is not intended to connect Wi-Fi products to the smart home box.

This device is currently not compatible with the WPA3 protocol. For pairing, your Wi-Fi network must be configured in WPA2 on the 2.4 GHz frequency.

If your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is mixed with 5 GHz, 6 GHz or 7 GHz frequencies, it is imperative to separate the bands and assign a distinct SSID (Wi-Fi network name) to each frequency.
