General Settings
Customize your device to identify it more easily:
- Change the name of your device: For easier identification, you can rename your device. Choose a name that makes sense to you and reflects its purpose in your home.
- Assign your device to a room: For optimal organization, you can assign your device to a specific room in your home. This makes it easier to locate and manage.
Device Information
This information may be necessary to find your device's documentation or to contact our Support teams. This information may include, depending on the device:
- Its manufacturer,
- Its model.
Advanced Settings
- Child Lock: Enable or disable the thermostat lock. When activated, all physical buttons on the device are locked. The lock can be disabled from the Enki app or by performing the physical unlock function on the device (see manual). Important: Even when physically locked, the device remains controllable from the Enki app and continues to follow your active schedules and scenarios.
- Temperature Calibration: Correct temperature deviations observed compared to a reference thermometer. For more information on how to do this, see: Temperature Calibration
- Hysteresis Threshold: Allows you to adjust the thermostat's sensitivity. Be careful with thresholds below 0.5°C. For more details, see Set Your Thermostat's Hysteresis Threshold
- Installation Type: Wired or wireless, indicates how your thermostat was installed to communicate with your boiler. For more information, see the help page Thermostat Installation Type
Remove This Device from Your Account
If you no longer need your device or wish to replace it, you can remove it from your account. Warning, this action is irreversible.
Important to know: if you delete a box, this will irreversibly delete all devices linked to it, as well as the scenarios and settings (heating mode, schedule...) associated with those devices. Lost data cannot be recovered.
Please do not enter personal information in free and customizable fields (for example: "Jean Martin's bedroom").
