- This feature is reserved for individuals. It is not accessible if your Linky meter is associated with a professional account.
- This feature is only available for Linky meters managed by the electricity supplier Enedis. It is not accessible if you depend on a local electricity manager such as Électricité de Strasbourg, GEG (Gaz et Électricité de Grenoble), Séolis, Gaz de Bordeaux.
- The service is only available in metropolitan France and is not accessible in the overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM).
