- Entering the email address: A valid email address is necessary to associate your Linky meter to your account. For security purposes, this address will be used to confirm access to your Linky data. The email address of your Enki account is automatically prefilled, but you have the possibility to use a different one if required.
- Verification code: A code will be sent to this email address to confirm the association of your Linky meter to your Enki account.
Please note
- Email restrictions: Temporary email addresses are not allowed to guarantee the security of your data.
- Unique association: An email address can only be linked with one Linky meter. Once used for a meter, it can't be associated to another Enki user account.
