- Address confirmation: The address displayed on this screen is the one associated with the PRM (Linky meter number) and the name of the contract holder according to the information from Enedis. If this address is correct, confirm it to continue associating your Linky counter with your Enki account.
- Information verification: If the proposed address does not correspond to your expectations, go back to the previous steps to check the information entered.
Where can you find your information?
- On your electricity bill: You will find the address, the name of the holder, as well as the PRM number of your Linky meter in the customer information section.
In case of doubt or difficulty
Contact your electricity supplier. They will be able to provide you with the correct information regarding your contract and your Linky meter.
