- Check your SPAM: It is possible that the email containing the code is in your junk mail.
- Accuracy of the email address: Make sure that the email address entered is correct and that it is not a temporary address, these are not accepted.
- Request a new code: If necessary, you can request a new code by pressing "Receive a new code".
