A PRM number has been detected for your address: it's important to check it.
The PRM (Point Référence Mesure) is a unique 14-digit identifier assigned to your Linky meter.
Why check the PRM?
- Preventing confusion: in residences or apartments, there may be a confusion, especially if a neighbour has the same name than you.
- Precise postal address: make sure the postal address used for this verification exactly matches the one shown on your electricity bill.
Where can you find your PRM number?
- On your electricity bill: look in the section with your customer information.
- On your Linky meter: if your meter is accessible, press the "+" button until the screen displays "PRM number" followed by the 14-digit number.
Notes
- The PRM number is different from the PDL (Point de Livraison) number used for traditional electricity meters.
- In case of difficulty: if you are unable to find your PRM number, please contact your electricity supplier who will be able to provide it to you.
This verification is essential to ensure a secure and accurate linking of your Linky meter to the Enki application.
