We were unable to automatically retrieve your Linky meter's number using the information provided.
If the postal address and account holder name you have provided do not match the information registered with Enedis, the automatic retrieval of your MRN number may fail.
The MRN (Measurement Reference Point) number is a unique 14-digit number assigned to your Linky meter.
- Check your information: Make sure that the postal address and account holder name you have provided match exactly with the ones displayed on your electricity bill.
- Check that your energy provider is Enedis and that you do not depend on a local electricity grid manager.
- Manually entering the MRN: If the information is correct but the retrieval still fails, you can manually enter your MRN number.
Where to find your MRN number?
- On your electricity bill: Look in the section containing your customer information.
- On your Linky meter: If your meter is accessible, press the "+" button until the screen displays "MRN Number" followed by the 14-digit number.
Notes
- The MRN number is different from the PDL (Delivery Point) number used for traditional electricity meters.
- In case of difficulty: If you are unable to find your MRN number, contact your electricity provider who will be able to provide it to you.
These steps will help you link your Linky meter to the Enki app for accurate tracking of your electricity consumption.
