Error identifying your Linky Meter – Enki

The PRM number entered does not allow us to finalize the identification of your Linky meter. This may be due to:

Incorrect entry of the PRM number of your meter,
Incorrect correspondence with the different information entered, your address or the holder of your electricity contract.
An energy supplier who may be a local electricity manager, outside the Enedis perimeter.

To solve this problem:

Checking the PRM number: Make sure that the 14-digit PRM (Measuring Point Reference) number entered corresponds to the one on your Linky meter. This number must be exact to allow identification.
Consistency of information: The name of the contract holder and the postal address entered must exactly match the information registered with your electricity supplier. An error in this information may prevent the association of the meter. This information is available on your electricity supplier's invoice.
Enedis verification: Check that your electricity supplier is indeed Enedis, and that you do not depend on a local electricity manager, in which case your Linky meter may not be supported.

Where can I find my PRM number?

On your electricity bill: Look in the section containing your customer information. The PRM number differs from the PDL (Delivery Point) number used for traditional electricity meters.
On your Linky meter: If your meter is accessible, press the "+" button until the screen displays "PRM Number" followed by the 14-digit number.

In case of difficulty, contact your electricity supplier or Enedis to check your information.
