Registering for the Energy Bonus Program with the Enki App
To register for the Energy Bonus program via the Enki app and benefit from your annual bonus, certain conditions must be met:
- You must have a Linky meter installed in your residence.
- Your home must be equipped with controllable electric radiators or an electric water heater.
- You must control at least one compatible device (radiator or water heater) via the Enki app.
- You must not be registered with another energy management operator. If you are, RTE (the French electricity network operator) will not be able to validate your registration with Enki.
Key Information About the Energy Bonus
- Complete freedom: You can join or leave the program at any time during the year.
- Compensation: By keeping your devices enrolled for one year, you build up a bonus that can reach up to €15 per radiator and €40 per water heater.
- Comfort preserved: For the water heater, heating is simply shifted to avoid peak loads on the grid, with no impact on your availability of hot water during the day.
How to Register via the Enki App?
To join the program and start accumulating your earnings, simply go to:
- The "Coach" tab at the bottom of your screen, then the "Energy Bonus" section.
By following the registration steps, your devices will begin to smartly contribute to balancing the grid. Your earnings will be deposited into a bonus fund that you can choose to withdraw during "bonus withdrawal" periods or let grow for later.
