What is the Energy Bonus Program?

It is a program that allows you to monetize the flexibility of your electrical appliances. By activating your equipment (such as your heaters or water heater), you contribute to the balance of the electrical grid and accumulate a reward in exchange for this contribution.

 

How are my potential earnings calculated?

Your annual earnings are dynamically estimated based on the number of devices you enroll in the program. The standard calculation is as follows:

  • Heater: +€15 / year.

  •  

    Water heater: +€30 / year. The display on your screen updates instantly as soon as you activate or deactivate a device.

Why do some of my devices show "X days remaining"?

For the bonus related to a device to be credited to your reward, it must remain active in the program for a period of 365 days. The progress bar shows the advancement of each device toward this reward accumulation.

 

Note: If you reach the last day and only a few hours remain, the app will display "1 day remaining".

 

What happens if I deactivate a device?

If you remove a device from the plan:

  • It remains visible in your list but is marked as "removed".

  • The progress bar and the day count disappear from the screen.

    Warning: If you save your changes after removing devices, you will lose the money accumulated during past actions for those specific devices.

     

How can I optimize my earnings?

To maximize your performance during "Energy Bonus" periods, it is highly recommended to activate all heaters in the same room rather than selecting them individually.

 

Why do I see no devices in my list?

If no compatible equipment is available in your home, the screen will display "0/0" by default for enrolled devices and "€0" for potential earnings. As soon as you reinstall compatible equipment, it will appear again and you can recover the previously accumulated reward.

 

I get an error message when saving, what should I do?

If an error occurs, a notification will appear: "Updating devices associated with the Energy Bonus program failed". Check your internet connection or make sure none of your enrolled devices are missing from your installation before trying again
