Understanding Your Bonus Energy Pot
How is my pot funded?
Your pot is funded by the equipment (radiators, water heaters) that you have registered in the program.
Calculation Period: The amount is generated after a period of 365 days of program monitoring.
Performance: The earnings depend on the success rate of your devices during Bonus Energy actions. A device that has completed 100% of the requested actions earns the maximum amount.
Where can I check my balance?
The total accumulated amount is displayed in the "Available Amount" section.
If your balance is positive, it is displayed in green.
If your balance is 0 €, it is displayed in black.
What is a "withdrawal period"?
These are the time windows during which you can transfer money from your pot to your bank account.
The app displays the dates of the upcoming periods scheduled.
If you miss a period, don’t worry: you can recover your earnings during the next session.
Why is the "Withdraw my pot" button grayed out?
The withdrawal button may be disabled for several reasons:
We are outside an official withdrawal period.
Your balance is currently 0 €.
Your bank details (RIB) are already provided, under validation, or a payment is already being processed.
I have entered my IBAN, what happens next?
Once your bank details are entered, two tracking steps are displayed via information cards:
Validation: "Your bank details are being validated by our services".
Payment: "We have received your bank details. You will receive your transfer soon".
