To participate in the Energy Bonus program, the following conditions must be strictly met:
The Linky smart meter
- Your residence is equipped with a Linky meter and it is linked to the Enki app.
If your Linky meter is not yet linked to Enki, go to the Coach tab / Energy Bonus section to be guided through the linking process.
Connected electrical devices
- You own at least one electric radiator or one connected and controlled water heater with the Enki app. To ensure your comfort and proper management of your devices, they must be controlled exclusively through Enki.
It is thanks to the connectivity of your devices that we can organize smarter consumption (for example, by shifting the heating of your hot water with no impact on your comfort). This allows you to build an annual bonus up to $15 per radiator and $40 per water heater enrolled.
Note: If you have eligible devices for the program, the "validated" status will automatically appear in your Energy Bonus area. If no devices are identified, click the "Discover" button to view the list of compatible equipment.
When the conditions are met, you can proceed with your registration request at any time of the year by clicking the "Sign Up" button in the Energy Bonus section.
