Why do I need to enter my IBAN?
In order to collect the earnings accumulated through the Energy Bonus program, we need your bank details (IBAN). Without this information, no transfer to your personal account can be made.
How do I enter my IBAN?
Go to your app under the "Coach" tab, then to the "Energy Bonus" section. During the periods when withdrawals are open, simply press the button to transfer your balance. After accepting the terms and conditions, you will be able to enter your IBAN.
When will I receive my payment?
Payments are made via a balance system. Your devices (radiators and water heaters) are enrolled for one year. At the end of this period, your earnings feed into your general balance. When the withdrawal period opens: you can choose to retrieve your money immediately or let your balance grow for a future withdrawal. Once the withdrawal request is approved, the transfer occurs within a few business days.
What can I view in my Energy Bonus area?
On this dedicated screen in the Coach, you will find a complete summary of your impact and rewards, including:
- The amount available in your balance (up to €15/year per radiator and €40/year per water heater)
- The number of devices enrolled in the program
What happens if I don’t withdraw my balance?
If you do not enter your IBAN or choose not to make a withdrawal during an open period, your money remains safe in your balance. It will continue to grow over time, and you can retrieve it during a future payment session.
