All compatible devices present in your Enki app at the time of your registration are automatically enrolled in the Bonus Energy program. The eligible types of devices are as follows:
- Pilot wire heating modules
- Connected radiators
- Connected pilot wire receivers
- Cable outlet in pilot wire mode
- Water heater modules
By participating in the program, you build an annual bonus that can reach up to $15 per radiator and $40 per water heater. For the latter, heating is simply delayed to ease the grid, while ensuring you have hot water all day long.
Adding new devices:
If you install a new device (radiator or water heater) after your registration, it can join the Bonus Energy program to contribute to your bonus. To do so, simply check its enrollment status in the Coach / Bonus Energy section.
Special case:
If you replace a device with an equivalent model (removal then reassociation), the new device will be automatically taken into account. The Bonus Energy program tracks your equipment for one year to validate your earnings in the general bonus pool.
You can check the status of your devices and the amount of your bonus at any time in the Coach tab of your app.
