📋 FAQ: Your Participation in the Program
Where can I check the status of my participation?
You can access this information directly on the "Participation" page. This screen shows whether your request is active or if it has been rejected by the network managers.
Note: This screen is exclusively reserved for users residing in France.
What does the status "Active" mean?
If your status is "Active" (displayed with a green tag) , it means that Enedis and RTE have validated your registration.
You are now actively contributing to the stability of the French electrical grid.
You can start earning income through your enrolled equipment.
The page also displays your official registration date for the program.
Why was my participation refused?
A refusal can come from two distinct entities:
Enedis (Distribution Network Manager): The reasons are often technical (non-communicating meter/Linky absent, insufficient subscribed power) or administrative (incomplete network access contract, insufficient consumption data).
RTE (Transmission Network Manager): The refusal may be related to an insufficient or unreliable reduction capacity, a consumption profile incompatible with market mechanisms (NEBEF), or a non-compliant regulatory file.
Can I try again after a refusal?
Yes. If your participation has been refused, you have the option to delete your current participation to try to re-register later.
How do I deactivate my program or delete my participation?
A "Deactivate my program" button is available at the bottom of the page.
If your participation is active: A confirmation alert will appear to warn you that by withdrawing your participation for this residence, you will lose the money earned and accumulated during the Bonus Energy program actions.
If your participation is refused: A confirmation alert will simply ask if you are sure you want to delete this participation.
