Your registration for the Bonus Energy program has unfortunately been refused by the partner operator.
In order for your registration to be accepted and for you to start accumulating your bonus, certain conditions must be met.
Here are the main prerequisites:
- The program must concern your primary residence.
- Your home must be equipped with electric heaters or a water heater.
- You must have a communicating Linky meter. It is essential that usable consumption data can be transmitted to validate your earnings.
- You must own at least one compatible connected device (heater or water heater) controlled through the Enki app.
- You must not already be committed to another operator for a similar program.
If you are already benefiting from an energy flexibility service elsewhere, RTE (the network manager) will refuse your application. The same device can only be registered to one Bonus Energy program at a time.
This list includes the main reasons for refusal. Your application could not be validated because at least one of these conditions was not met.
Did you know? Once the conditions are met, you can register at any time during the year from the Coach (Bonus Energy section) tab to earn up to €15 per heater and €40 per water heater per year.
