Please note that the final approval is given by RTE (the network operator) within a period of 1 month.
Indeed, RTE verifies that your Linky meter is not already registered with another operator for a similar program. The same device (heater or water heater) can only be rewarded by one party at a time.
If applicable, RTE may refuse the registration.
To check the status of your registration, track the enrollment of your devices, and watch your balance grow (up to €15/year per heater and €40/year per water heater), go to the "Coach" tab, "Energy Bonus" section.
Reminder: once your items are validated, they are enrolled until further notice. You will be able to collect your earnings during the "payout" periods that we will open each year.
