My application for the Energy Bonus was indicated as rejected by RTE

Your registration for the Energy Bonus program was unfortunately rejected by RTE (the electricity transmission system operator). This rejection can occur up to one month after your application has been validated in the app.

The main reason for rejection is double registration: if you are already enrolled with another operator for the flexibility of your devices (heaters or water heaters), RTE will reject your application. Indeed, the same device cannot be enrolled in multiple reward programs simultaneously.

Other technical reasons can also lead to rejection, such as a non-communicating Linky meter or an electricity contract incompatible with energy valorization devices.

You can check the status of your devices and get more information directly in your app via the Coach tab, under the Energy Bonus section.

If you want to try registering again after canceling a previous contract, please note that the program is open year-round: you can register as soon as your situation is regularized to start earning your rewards (up to €15/year per heater and €40/year per water heater).
